Using Pro on several devices
One TaskLoop Pro purchase works on every device where you sign in with the same account, Google or Apple: iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows. It does not matter where you bought it. On a single device you never need an account: Pro works without signing in.
Use the same sign-in everywhere. Google on the Mac and Apple on the iPhone are two different accounts, and Pro would stay on only one of them.
You subscribed on iPhone or iPad
- On the iPhone or iPad, open TaskLoop → Settings → Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Your subscription is linked to that account automatically.
- On the Mac or Windows PC, open TaskLoop → Settings and sign in with the same account: Google if you used Google, Apple if you used Apple.
- Pro usually turns on within a few seconds; if not, reopen the app. No licence key needed. Settings shows “Pro active with your account”.
Another iPhone or iPad on the same Apple ID gets Pro from the App Store as well, even without signing in. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
You bought a desktop licence
- On the Mac or Windows PC, open TaskLoop → Settings, paste your licence key and click Activate Pro.
- In the same Settings, click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. The licence is linked to that account automatically.
- On the iPhone or iPad, open TaskLoop → Settings and sign in with the same account you used on the computer. Pro turns on, nothing to buy.
Your licence key is in the purchase confirmation you received. Manage renewals and cancellations from that confirmation.
Questions
Do I have to sign in to use Pro?
No. Signing in is only needed to share Pro (and your tasks) between devices.
Can I use one purchase with two accounts?
A purchase belongs to one account at a time. If you sign in with a different account (another Google account, or Apple instead of Google) and link the same purchase there, it moves to that account and the previous one returns to the free plan at its next check.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. TaskLoop re-checks your Pro status when it is online and keeps working offline for up to 14 days since the last successful check.
What happens when my subscription or licence ends?
Pro turns off on every device at the next check. Your tasks and projects stay; only the Pro features are locked again.
